Most people can donate organs and/or tissue and also regardless of age. There are few absolute exclusions (HIV positive, active cancer, systemic infection). Potential donors will be evaluated for suitability when the occasion arises.

Any one can choose to donate his organs including heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, pancreas and small intestine depending on their age, medical condition and circumstances at the time of death. Usually each organ is evaluated for possible donation.
