How do I register as a donor in Nevada?
As a resident of Nevada, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:
- Download, print and mail the donor registration form available at www.nvdonor.org/pdf/DonorRegistration.pdf.
- Indicate your wishes on your driver’s license or state ID when you apply for or renew it.
Nevada does not require family consent to carry out your wishes to be an organ, eye or tissue donor.
